In your role as a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Global Product Management team, you will contribute to the development of products and support the product managers. This hands-on role provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in product management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, learning the ins and outs of product lifecycle management and gaining experience in a multi-cultural global team.

Your responsibilities are:

• Assist in the development of products including defining features, user stories, and prioritizing backlog items.
• Collaborate with the different internal departments and teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Support product performance assessment and user engagement.
• Work closely across departments to align product communication and projects with overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding projects and timelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature specifications, user guides, or release notes.
• Conduct market analysis to identifying trends and competitor strategies.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology or a related field.
• Ideally you have already completed an internship.
• Strong interest in product management and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Familiarity with project management is a plus.
• Ability to adapt easily to different cultures from business management perspective.
• Proficient English language skills are a must; German is a plus
